Tours of Flamborough lighthouse continue throughout September.
Staff lead 20-minute trips up the 119 steps between noon and 4pm each day except Fridays.
The tower was built in 1806, at a cost of £8,000 and stands 26.5 metres tall, with magnificent views across the headland for those who climb to the top.
