Applications submitted to council

The following planning applications which relate to the Driffield area have been submitted to the East Riding of Yorkshire Council:

Conversion of existing integral garage to additional living accommodation, 39 The Ridings, Driffield.

Conversion of existing dwelling into 2 no. dwellings and associated alterations, Southorpe House, 8 Skerne Road, Driffield.

Erection of a replacement dwelling and detached double garage/store following demolition of existing dwelling and outbuilding, Pigeon Cote Farm, 5 Beverley Road, Middleton On The Wolds.

Erection of a single storey extension to rear extending 3m beyond the rear wall of the original house, maximum height 3.6m high and 2.4m to eaves, 3 Main Street, North Dalton.

Erection of a dwelling, Land To North Of Westcroft Farm, Long Street, Rudston.

Fell Western Red Cedar tree (T1) and Fell Leyland Cypress tree, 29 St Johns Road, Driffield.

Erection of 12 no. dwellings, 5 no. detached garages and construction of vehicular accesses and associated hard and soft landscaping, Land North Of Walkington House, Townend Road, Walkington.

Hybrid Application consisting of: (a) full planning for the erection of two dwellings with associated access and (b) outline application (means of access to be considered) for the erection of No.12 dwellings, South Holme, 4 The Green, Hutton Cranswick.

Crown thin and Crown reduce the height of Ash tree (A) and Reduce two boughs of Ash tree (B), no more than 30% of each tree mass, 101 Main Street, Skidby.

Revised location of previously approved 80m high meteorological mast and associated apparatus required in connection with planning permission, Land North East Of Manor Farm, Main Street, Fraisthorpe.

Fell three Poplar trees (G1) growing in a line across the rear lawn as, too large for the location, causing shading and surface roots causing a risk to the old chalk wall, fell Conifer tree (T4) due to being too large for the location and it will give more light into the garden, Hill Cottage, Church Lane, Langtoft.
