Stirling Wanderers’ Liam Watson made it nine goals in three pre-season games by bagging six in his side’s 11-4 demolition of Bridlington Snooker Centre.

Snooks had gone in front three times in the early stages, but Stirling levelled each time and then pulled clear in the second half with Chris Roberts (3) and Corie Walker (2) adding to Watson’s total.

In other friendlies, newcomers Full Measure held last year’s Division One champions Burton Agnes to a 2-2 draw. In a game packed with chances, Eli Preston netted twice for the Driffield side.

Crown won twice in four days, following up Wednesday 10-1 win over Nafferton with a 4-2 defeat of Coachman.

Zac Mills (3), Joe White (2), Michael Nugent (2), Adi Aucott, Ross Green and Brandon Smith were on target midweek. Nugent and Aucott also found the net against Coachman on Saturday, with Andy Hornsey and Jonjo Oliver.

Jamie Osbourne replied and Crown’s Connor Porter-King put through his own goal.
