Beverley Athletic Club’s third College Canter cross-country race is now open for entries.
Held at Bishop Burton College on Sunday, September 27, seven and three-mile off-road races are on offer, and finishers of the longer route receive a bottle of Wold Top beer.
This year’s race is sponsored by Pittaway Painting and Decorating Contractors, whose managing director Graeme Pittaway said: “The course is a challenging one and it’s a unique opportunity to tackle some of our local, rolling countryside that is otherwise closed to the general public for the rest of the year.”
