Humberside Police are investigating an act of criminal damage to a village shop.
Overnight on Saturday 31 August the a pane of glass in the door of the Spar on Main Street, Hutton Cranswick was shattered.
A police spokeswoman said: “Unknown persons approached the front of the Spar shop and using unknown means damaged a toughened pane of glass in the door leaving it shattered.
They then made off in an unknown direction.”
