POLICE are trying to trace two men responsible for smashing equipment in the toilets at a public house.
The incident happened at 10.15pm on Saturday, December 1, when staff at the Original Keys on Market Place heard a loud banging noise coming from inside the gents toilets.
A police spokeswoman said: “The staff went into the toilets and found two males kicking at the metal urinals and ceramic sinks.
“The wall mounted plastic soap unit was found damaged and broken.
“The males were ejected from the public house by door staff.
Police have lodged an appeal for witnesses. Anyone who can help trace those responsible for this mindless act of vandalism should contact the police by dialing 101 and quote crime reference number 1945092.
